01	Not sure I would be worried that a definition allows for people to say oh well if child, young person or adult doesn’t fit the definition it doesn’t apply to them.

12	Where they live, who tells them what is available.  Not meeting criteria for a specific service, for example the crazy criteria for our local children’s disability team - my son used to meet their criteria but now doesn’t!  His needs I would suggest are greater now!

14	Yes all of the above. Also information about how easy it is for them to access support and services and how long it took for this to happen.
15	Not sure It needs to be wherever people will give it due regard.
